1st Camping Trip

This spring we decided to buy a truck camper. We planned a camping trip with the Stouts (Mike, Sandy, Spencer, & baby Ella) and a group of people for the weekend at Lake Centerville. Not to far from our house just in case we forgot something. It just so happened that miss Megan decided to be sick for 2 days prior to our camping trip that we were happy to be close to home. I don't have any pictures of our camper or campsite, but here are some pictures of Megan swimming in the lake. She LOVES the water.

It's August Already!!

Wow I am finally on my second post now that I know how to download pictures. Thanks Aimee!

The summer has gone by so fast I can hardly believe it. Megan has been running around in "any" sprinkler she can find along with playing in her favorite cozy coupe car. We have been to the cabin camping a few times and Megan is in love with the 4-wheeler! She has so much of her Daddy in her.

Megan is learning all sorts of new words. It's time we have to be careful around her in what we say;-) Her nuc is called a "ne ne" and a freezy pop is called "ba". Not sure where she learned that. She will let you know when she is "all done" or wants "more". On our walks, she loves to point out all of the boats in the driveways and loves Rocky's boat.

This past weekend she was up in St. Cloud at the Klien family. Dan was in Brainard for the drag races and I was happy at home by myself. I was able to rent a few movies and hang out with Jen and Aimee (the boys too) on Saturday. It's amazing of the things I used to be able to do I don't do at all anymore. Like rent movies and get to watch not only one, but two in one night without any distractions;-)
